Interpersonal Skills Seminar

Last wednesday, July 21, 2010, we had our interpersonal skills seminar held at the social hall in USEP. The first part of the seminar was the presentation of topics related to interpersonal skills enhancement. We only had 2 speakers but that didn't stop us to learn with their lectures. The second part is more like a team building, wherein, we are grouped into 12 groups.

The Campus Crusade for Christ is the responsible in the team building activities we had during our seminar. They allowed us to further enhance our team building skills. the first part of our team building is to know our partners. I failed to answer the question of our facilitator which is to name my partner's father. Next is to carry our partners to the destination. And after that, we proceed to our team building proper.

Our first activity is to stack up 14 nails with only one nail as a foundation. Next is the Spider web, after that is the Trust fall and lastly, the Blaming Hoop.

As a whole the seminar was a great success and informative, it also enhanced our team building and interpersonal skills. I hope this was not the last and more to come.
