What can I recommend for the improvement of the Fieldtrip and Seminar Program?

My recommendation for the improvement of the Fieldtrip and Seminar Program would be that there should be more careful planning and cooperation with everyone. Careful and responsible selections of officers should have been exercised. Also, I recommend that there should be more hands on demonstration during company visits. Since the upcoming FTS program is far enough, I recommend that they prepare and select essential companies that is very relevant to the course. Also I like the idea of having an up to date information of the status of the said subject matter.
